Introducing EU Law Critique & other items

This blog was supposed to take off for two reasons:

a) The debate on European integration is moving so fast that it is nearly impossible to react through more traditional media in any adequate way and

b) I thought I can contribute some legally informed critique of EU politics, which supports European Integration within and beyond the EU, while remaining critical to developments in EU law and policy without opposing  everything the EU does on principle (so neither bendy bananas nor “all is trade law” to be found here).

Since I made the resolution to blog once or twice a month, my workload has increased immensely, and I didn’t manage to achieve this goal. Now, here is  a resolution to not give in into overburdening, and try again – but at much more irregular intervals.

I still know that I will only be able to attract an audience of people who do not care too much about appearance – I won’t be able to put an additional strain on my budget by buying into a more professional platform.
